Claims Management

Our goal at USIncomeVerify is to provide personalized and diligent Claims Management services. As a client, you will be given an Account Manager, who will work with your staff to develop a program tailored to the needs of your organzation.

The Claims Management service applies to various stages of the employment process. Your Account Manager will provide the training and support you need during pre-hiring, employment, counseling, and if necessary, termination. Should an unemployment claim be filed, your Account Manager will provide support for all aspects of the claim process: investigation, evidence preparation, representation at hearings, and settlements or appeals, if necessary.
