About Social Services

USIncomeVerify provides a way for social service agencies to verify income and employment history when determining eligibility for various government programs, such as TANF, Medicaid, or Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP). The information provided by USIncomeVerify to social service agencies can also be used to track down fathers who are delinquent in their child support payments.

Why USIncomeVerify?

USIncomeVerify uses information that comes directly from employers. This greatly reduces the risk of fraud by removing potential benefits receivers from the investigation of their income and employment history. In addition, the information provided by USIncomeVerify is always the most recent available from the employer; therefore, your decisions will always be based on the most accurate information.

Using USIncomeVerify

To use the USIncomeVerify service, you must be an approved social services organization. To see if your organization is already in our system, please enter your fax number on the social services login page. If your number is not recognized, you will be directed to a page containing a form that will allow you to begin the process of signing up your organization.
